أعلنت مصر و تركيا عن رفع علاقاتهما الدبلوماسية لمستوى السفراء ، حيث رشحت مصر السفير عمرو الحمامي كسفير لها في أنقرة، بينما رشحت تركيا السفير صالح موتلو شن كسفير لها في القاهرة.
وذكر بيان صادر عن وزارة الخارجية المصرية ” أن هذا، ويأتي ترفيع العلاقات الدبلوماسية بين البلدين في إطار تنفيذ قرار رئيسي البلدين في هذا الصدد.
وأوضح البيان تلك الخطوة تهدف إلى تأسيس علاقات طبيعية بين البلدين من جديد، كما تعكس عزمهما المُشترك على العمل نحو تعزيز علاقاتهما الثنائية لمصلحة الشعبين المصري والتركي.
The Arab Republic of Egypt and the Republic of Türkiye announce the upgrading of diplomatic relations between them to the level of ambassadors.
Egypt has nominated Amr Elhamamy to become its ambassador in Ankara while Türkiye has nominated Salih Mutlu Şen to become its ambassador in Cairo.
The upgrade of diplomatic relations between the two countries comes in implementation of the decision of the two Presidents.
This step aims to establish normal relations between the two countries once again and demonstrates their mutual determination to work towards enhancing their bilateral relations for the best interest of both the Turkish and Egyptian peoples.
