The Egyptian candidate Dr. Amany El-Sharif re-elected as the Vice President of the Council of the Pan African University

In the presence of Dr. Badr Abdel Ati, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Migration, the Executive Council of the African Union, in its session held on February 12, re-elected Professor Dr. Amany El-Sharif to the position of Vice-President of the Council of the Pan African University for a period of four years, where she obtained 37 votes, exceeding the number required to win the position.

It should be noted that Dr. El-Sharif was elected in 2022, and achieved many achievements during her first term. The University Council is the highest administrative body responsible for supervising the university’s policy and its various programs in the field of education, science, technology and innovation.
